Motorbike hero Nick Hayden has just changed his number from 69 to 1 thanks to a new contract with Honda for the 2007 and 2008 racing season. To commemorate this, Tissot has launched the Tissot Nicky Hayden Men’s Wristwatch-Limited Edition watch with only 11,111 produced for fans the world over.
Motorbike enthusiasts will definitely have a field day when they see the Tissot Nicky Hayden Men’s Wristwatch-Limited Edition watch and realize that this is their chance to get a piece of their bike hero. The watch comes in a hybrid surgical grade stainless steel and carbon fiber case. Take a look at the crown and the bezel and you will realize that it is protected by slanted ventilation shafts that look much like brake discs.
The watch is powered by a Swiss Quartz split second chronograph movement and protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. It comes with counters that look much like speedometers. The date display at 3 o’clock is magnified so you can easily see even under a challenging lighting environment.
The motorbike theme is heightened with the special helmet case packaging with no less than the number “1” displayed on it. Nothing less for a true-blue racing fan except the price which is really cheap at $149.
The Tissot Nicky Hayden Men’s Wristwatch-Limited Edition watch comes with an attractive orange rubber bracelet. It is water resistant by up to 330 feet so you can take it swimming or even for shallow snorkeling.
