The Memory of Singapore Grand Prix: Grand Carrera Calibre 8

TAG Heuer once again released another version of their Grand Carrera as they celebrate the first ever F1 Singapore grand prix. They created this watch to honor the first ever night race in F1 history. They have created number of great watches and this Gran Carrera Calibre 8 is definitely one of them.

Inspired by the first ever night race, they presented this Grand Carrera Calibre 8 in all black fashion. This watch is equipped with rotating system Calibre RS automatic movement with screwed and polished beveling. This watch also has a curved sapphire crystal applied with antireflective treatment. It has a black dial which features a date indicator on 12 o’clock and a GMT automatic chronometer located at the 6 o’clock position. It also has an imprinted Grand Carrera Calibre 8 and TAG Heuer logo located on the 9 and 3 o’clock respectively. This watch also features a black leather strap with push button clasp and embossed with TAG Heuer logo.

The first of 150 of this sophisticated watch was signed by Kimi Raikkonen and was auctioned for $40,000 where proceeds will go to a charity. The other 149 pieces of this limited edition will be exclusively available in Singapore only.
