This is a watch that looks too cool to be ignored. Come to think of it, even the price of $100,000 is way too expensive to be ignored.
The Bovet 1822 Chronograph watch comes in a very attractive design which will remind you of the Art Deco era. It comes in a steel case measuring 46 mm wide and 21.35 mm thick. The watch is a heavyweight, not only in looks but in durability, as it is water resistant by up to 300 meters.
The round watch is powered by a self-winding Caliber 13BA01 Chronograph movement protected by sapphire glass. You will be able to see the ticking of the watch through the transparent sapphire back. The buttons of the chronograph are unusually placed at the top of the case.
It sports two sub-dials which you will find at 3 and 9 o’clock. The orange Arabic numerals on the face of the watch look nice, and are very functional too since they are luminous. The dial has indicators for hours, minutes and seconds.
The watch, which has a power reserve of 45 hours, comes in a brown leather strap to match the luxurious case.
