This is one watch that carries a lot of history inside. Well, we’re not really sure about that but take a look at the F.P. Journe Vagabondage II watch and see if you don’t remember that old grandfather clock standing all-knowingly in that ancestral house.
The F.P. Journe Vagabondage II watch is actually a new model in the line. It comes in a limited quantity of 60 pieces for the roe gold case and only 68 pieces for the platinum case measuring 45 mm in diameter.
The watch is powered by a manual wind FP Journe calibre 1509 movement, which beats at 21,600 vph, a power reserve of 40 hours and which comes with 30 jewels. What keeps the watch attractive is the Flat Tortue case shape which is really unusual by today’s standards.
Even the time system of the watch is unusual, making it one of the most unique watches in town. The manual winding movement of the watch is easily seen through the smoked sapphire dial.

dear Sir,
Just to correct a few things:
it is limited to 69 Timepieces in Platinum (68 in Rose gold). The main point of the watch is: it is a jumping hour and jumping minutes. Meaning that when the second hand (located at 6) gets to “0″, the disk of the minutes “jumps” and displays the subsequent minute. When it is 12:59 for example, 3 disks “jump” simultaneously displaying then 1:00. For video of this please log to:

takes a little while to load the video but it is worth it.
