This new Ebel creation shows an alternating pattern of glass and steel. Its dial displays such a number of information but still maintains outstanding readability. The Ebel 1911 BTR has caliber 288 which has a balance wheel that pulses 28,800 times per hour, enabling the chronograph to record independent time periods with 1/8 second precision.  The automatic winding system is bi-directional in operation, and powers the timepiece to a reserve of 48 hours.
