Blancpain created another sophisticated watch inspired y the Palace Museum. The Blancpain Qainkun Carrousel will be displayed at the Palace Museum which is the first ever wristwatch to be displayed there.
Blancpain is considered as the oldest watch maker and they never sagged down while creating new watches. Until now, they are still considered one of the world’s finest watchmakers. This Qiankun Carrousel is made with an 18 carat white gold case which displays its elegant half open dial which is shaped like the yin yang symbol. It displays the movement through that window which is very nice to look at. It has a date indicator on the 9 o’clock and a power reserve indicator on the 6 o’clock. The time is displayed with roman numerals with a skeleton hands indicator. The case back is made with sapphire crystal that reveals the movement and the image of the Forbidden City on it.
This Qiankun Carrousel by Blancpain is indeed a very sophisticated watch with its amazing and attractive design and movement. This really deserves to be displayed in the Palace Museum.
