All of our watches are brand new and authentic with all original parts, including the manufacturers box, all tags and documents. Any watch that comes with a manufacturer supplied serial number will retain that serial number. Watches sold from GeekWatches.com are 100% genuine and authentic.

The watches come with a warranty?

Due to the fact that Geekwatches.com is not an authorized dealer, we offer our own warranty.

Every watch that is repaired through the warranty is serviced through the Geekwatches.com service center. Geekwatches.com will service any watch bought from our website for 2 years post purchase. We guarantee to stand by this commitment with no hassle on your part. Our warranty covers any damages that surface during the course of 2 years not caused by the wearer. This does not include any defect that would not be covered by the manufacturer. The warranty includes a watch that stops working or does not function properly. We do not offer a warranty on damage that results due to every day wear and tear. Our warranty does not cover broken crystals (glass face), dents, scratches, any cosmetic damage or breakage that occurs after the watch is received. Dead batteries will be replaced for the first 3 months, by shipping the watch back to us. We can also ship a new battery to you, if you wish to bring the watch to your local watch service center.

How will my watch be shipped?

USA – 1 to 3 business days, we usually ship via DHL currier service.
UK – 3 to 5 business days, we usually ship via Royal Mail first class or Hermes currier service.
European Union – 5 to 7 business days, we usually ship via DHL currier service or Air Mail.
Canada, Australia, Japan, Far East, and South America – 3 to 7 business days, we usually ship via DHL or EMS currier service.
Other Countries – Up to 14 business days, we usually ship via registered Air Mail.

When will you ship my order?

Customers should expect 2-3 days for handling plus 2-3 days for the shipping company to deliver the goods. Please allow up to 10 business days for your package arrival. For more information please read our shipping policy.
We normally ship your watch within 2-3 days after you will successfully place your order. For GeekWatches.com to ship your watch order in a timely manner, please provide us with your preferred complete shipping address along with a phone number where you can be reached.

How can I know whether my watch has been shipped?

Once we ship your order, we will send you a confirmation email including a tracking number that can be used to track the status of your package.

When will I receive my tracking number?

Once we ship your item, we will send you an email with the tracking number for your package(s).

Do you ship to all international locations?

If your country/territory is not in the list, send us an email with the shipping address and we will provide you with a shipping quote if possible.

Can I request for my order to be sent to another address than mine?

Yes, just provide us with the shipping address you wish to have your watch delivered to. If your shipping address is in a country different from your billing address, please provide us the additional information before we ship your order.

Do you charge any tax on your products?

For exports, GeekWatches.com does not charge any additional tax on the prices listed. You only pay what you see, no hidden costs. For some countries, you may be charged import tax according to customs regulations of your country, this is the same as the GST or VAT in your country. However, in such rare cases, you will still save substantially by shopping with us.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, through PayPal. PayPal is endorsed by eBay and trusted by millions.
We do not have access to your credit card numbers or financial information.

When an order is placed, quantity is checked before we charge the credit card. Your credit card will not be charged until it is confirmed that we have the watch in stock and packed for shipment.
